Park Cottage is a newly renovated cottage, situated on the west coast of Barra.  It is within walking distance of the Golf Course, the white sands of Seal Bay and is six miles from Castlebay.

Prices:

Available from March to October, from £200 to £300 per week. Deposit of 25% on booking with remaining balance paid 2 weeks before arrival.

Electricity: Not included in price.  Meter read on arrival and departure.

Arrival & Departure: Arrival after 3pm and vacation of premises is required by 11am.

Accommodation: Sitting room, Kitchen/dining room, one twin and two double bedrooms, bathroom with electric shower.

Utilities Include: TV, washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge and Freezer.  A cot and highchair are available on request.

The cottage has a payphone (Tel: 01871 810 235).

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Sorry, no pets in the house.

Directions:

From Castlebay: On leaving the ferry take the first left and proceed down the west of the island for approximately 6 miles.  Just after passing the church of Scotland you will see a sign for the Golf Course.  Take this turn, then next left towards the Golf Course. Park Cottage is approximately one mile along this road, the second house on the left.

from Barra Airport: For the airport turn left following the road for two miles until reaching a T-junction.  Go right towards Castlebay for two miles then take first right signposted Cleat, turn first left.  Park Cottage is approximately one mile along this road, the second house on the left.

For Ard Mhor ferry:  For the ferry go straight ahead until you reach a T-junction.  At the junction turn left. You will then reach another T-junction.  Go right towards Castlebay for two miles then take first right signposted Cleat, turn first left.  Park Cottage is approximately one mile along this road, the second house on the left.
