Hebridean Cottage Holidays provides family-run self-catering cottages situated about four miles north-east of Castlebay. The cottages are set in idyllic surroundings, straddling one of the best natural harbours on the island.  Both cottages were traditionally built as croft houses and they are based right on the water's edge and command superb views of the Minch and across to Skye.
 

Harbour Cottage

Three-bedroom detached cottage.  Large open-plan downstairs comprising comfortable lounge area with an open fire and a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, refrigerator, automatic washing machine and microwave.  Sleeps seven comfortably in one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one bedroom with twin and single beds.
 
  • Bathroom with shower and bath.
  • All linen and towels are provided.
  • Storage and panel heating throughout.
  • Electricity included.
  • Payphone on premises.

 

South Bank Cottage

One bedroom cottage.  A cosy cottage for smaller parties. South Bank has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a combined kitchen/dining area/lounge with a coal fire, comfortable furniture and two pull-down futons for extra guests.  The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, refrigerator, automatic washing machine and microwave.
 
  • All linen and towels are provided.
  •  Extra heaters are provided and electricity is included.

 

Rent

Harbour cottage - £400 per week during high season.

South Bank Cottage - £230 per week during high season.

All high season lets are from Saturday to Saturday.

Times and rental rates are negotiable at other times.

A deposit of 25% is payable on acceptance of booking, with the balance payable two months before your holiday. In the event of a cancellation, we will provide a full refund if we are able to rebook the cottage for the same period. However, we recommend holiday insurance as we will not offer refunds in other circumstances.
