Modern stone built house in own grounds situated at the head of Northbay with a panoramic view of the bay and islands. The front of the house is south east facing and is a sun trap for relaxation. (Weather permitting). It is near to the church and Heathbank Hotel.

 

Small bedroom with three quarter bed, bathroom with electric shower, kitchen, sitting room/dining area with coal fire. Porch for hanging clothes and central heating combi boiler.

 

Two large double bedrooms, one with double bed, other with a double bed plus a single bed. All bedrooms have walk in cupboards.

 

Electricity is included in the price, bed linen is provided, colour TV, fridge, two electric fires, microwave, and double glazing throughout.

 

The house is cleaned before your arrival and should be left as found.

A deposit of 200 pounds per week and the remainder to be paid eight weeks before start of holiday. Please state the number of people staying in the house.

 

From the Castlebay Ferry: Drive to the cross roads at Northbay Bridge, take the Eoligarry road for about 600 feet and turn left (at the bottle banks). The house is to the left on the hill at the head of the bay, it has a red roof and the walls are painted white.

From the Ardmhor Ferry or from the Airport: Turn right at the bottle banks which are situated just before Northbay Bridge and cross roads.
