Location
12 Leanish is an extended, traditional stone built croft house, less than 3 miles east of the main town of Castlebay and 5 minutes walk from the main bus route.
The house is less than 30 yards from the sea on the edge of Brevig Bay, where visitors may see dolphins, seals, otters and a large variety of birdlife.
Accommodation
The house has 3 double bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. It is fully double glazed throughout.
Upstairs.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (one pine, one z-bed).
Shower room with toilet and wash basin.
Go down the handmade mahogany staircase to:
Hallway with telephone land line.
Very spacious living room with black marble fireplace and open fire, large windows with sea views, stereo and DVD player .
Bedroom 3 has 2 single pine beds.
Large fully equiped kitchen and dining area with a table that can seat upto 6.
Downstairs bathroom with toilet and wash basin
Utility room and washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

Electricity by key meter which is rechargeable at local stores.
Rental Costs
May to August £500 per week.
Rest of year £300 per week.
