Trains

Oban railway station is the terminus of one branch of the highly scenic West Highland Line 163 kilometres (101.3 mi) north of Glasgow Queen Street. It was originally the terminus of the Callander and Oban Railway. Services are operated by First ScotRail.
 
During winter there are three trains a day to and from Glasgow Queen Street along the West Highland Line. This number raises to four during the summer season.
